Prices shown are weekly and include routine maintenance. Insurance is included as standard — if you'd rather use your own hire & reward policy, ask us about our reduced self-insured rate. Minimum four-week rental applies. A refundable deposit is required and varies by vehicle — ask us for details.

Send over your council private hire badge, driving licence, and right-to-work documents — plus your own insurance certificate if you're not using ours.
Drive away
Collect your vehicle and get earning — most drivers are on the road within the same week.

What you'll need.
We keep the paperwork simple. Here's what we ask for before handing over the keys.
A valid private hire licence from Manchester, Birmingham, Liverpool or a Yorkshire council
Full UK or EU driving licence, held for 12+ months
Enhanced DBS check, dated within the last 3 years
Proof of right to work in the UK
No more than 6 points on your licence
A refundable deposit, which varies by vehicle

Do I need my own insurance?
It's up to you. Insurance is included in the standard weekly rate, so there's nothing extra to arrange. Prefer to use your own hire & reward policy? Let us know and we'll switch you to our self-insured rate instead.
What's the minimum rental period?
Most vehicles are available on a rolling weekly basis, with a minimum rental period of four weeks.
Can I use the vehicle for Uber, Bolt or PHV work?
Yes — every vehicle in our fleet is licensed and ready for private hire and app-based work from day one.
What happens if the vehicle breaks down?
24/7 breakdown cover and a replacement vehicle are included as standard, so you're never off the road for long.
Can I swap vehicles later?
Yes, subject to availability and an updated rental agreement — just get in touch with our team.
